GHOST TREE 2018 RESTAURANT INFORMATION

It’s time to showcase your restaurant at the 13th Annual Pacwest Builders Ghost Tree Invitational Fundraiser and Auction at the Dinner on the Range August 4, 2018. The Dinner on the Range is Central Oregon’s premier culinary event. Last year the event raised more than $ 91,000 for our beneficiaries. Every year we strive to raise the bar for charitable giving in Central Oregon but we can’t do it without your help.

Date: August 4, 2018
Location: Pronghorn, an Auberge Resort

Times:

  • Load in 1pm-3pm
  • Event hours 5pm-11pm
  • Serving hours 5pm-9pm

Attendance 1500-1700
Servings 1200 minimum

REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION

Dinner package for up to 8 people at your restaurant to be used for fundraising purposes only Promotion of Ghost Tree through your social media channels Promotion of Ghost Tree in your restaurant (GTI will provide check flyers)

GHOST TREE WILL PROVIDE

  • Marketing
  • Restaurant listing on event website
  • Restaurants will be promoted front and center in all PR Opportunity for on-air interviews prior to the event On site
  • 10×10 covered booth space
  • (1) 8’ and (2) 6’ tables
  • Linens
  • 1 cooler
  • $1200 food budget through Sysco
  • Limited kitchen equipment (first come first serve on availability)
    • EVO grill, LP burner, sheet pan rack, electric hot box, mobile oven, Hard goods Plates, Bowls, Napkins, Forks, Spoons, Knives
